Spring on Queen is excited to unveil Beyond Distilling’s new pop-up in Perth CBD, opening this September. Once renowned for its vibrant gin scene, the historic venue now starts a fresh new chapter with Beyond Distilling. We invite you to ‘Be Still’ and savour exceptional craftsmanship amid the city bustle.
From South-West WA, Beyond Distilling brings its focus on local ingredients and sustainability to Perth. The pop-up features ten baby copper stills and offers exclusive tastings, masterclasses, 'Make Your Own Gin' workshops, Beyond Bottomless lunches, and a Paired Cocktail Degustation.
Led by Master Distiller Greg Garnish, Beyond Distilling uses local botanicals and ingredients like Boyup Brook Barley and Margaret River grapes, crafting vodka, gin, small-batch whiskey, and more. Each hand-filled bottle is adorned with WA’s Lauren Kennedy artwork, showcasing their commitment to Western Australian craft.
